Matthew Okeyo is an ordained minister with extensive experience both in the church and Para-church organization. Beside his pastoral ministry, He Previously served with Scripture Union Kenya both as the National Coordinator Family Ministry and later as the Executive director. He is a holder of Master’s degree in organizational leadership from International Leadership University (ILU) formerly Nairobi International school of Theology (NIST), Bachelor of Applied Theology Kenya Methodist University( KEMU) and Diploma in Bible and Theology from Moffat Bible college. He a family conference speaker and HIV/AIDS educator by HIVHOPE International. He consult on various issues on integral mission and community development, orphan care and leadership. Matthew is a self-driven person, focus and transformational in his leadership.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology (JKUAT). She also holds a Diploma in Community based project planning and management from Kenya Institute of Social Work and Community Development.
A HR Generalist with over 6 years’ experience working with cross-cultural teams in multiple sectors to drive Strategic and Innovative HR initiatives. Presently she translates business vision into people and culture initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement.<br /> She is a IHRM Member pursuing a MBA Degree in Human Resource at University of Nairobi and holds a B. Arts in Public Administration from University of Nairobi and a PDG Diploma in Human Resource from Kenya Institute of Management<br /> She is a skilled leader in leading strategies and initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion and Organizational Design. she values collaboration and strive to develop and deliver impactful HR solutions that create value for people and organizations by leveraging on their human capital.<br /> She is a proactive and effective trainer in staff development matters and advising management on how to promote equality and diversity at the workplace.<br />
